Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. We only ship domestically in the US.


When I buy booster packs, if I buy a box quantity, will I receive a sealed box?

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a sealed box. It will depend on the product. Most of our products are listed as packs and boxes separately, so if there is not a listing for boxes, we most likely do not have any.


If I buy a case quantity of boxes, will I receive a sealed case?

Yes, as a general rule of thumb here, if you order a case quantity of boxes, we will send a sealed case inside another box to ensure it remains unmarked. You can assume a sealed case will be sent, and if it will not be, you will be notified by our staff.


How do I use my store credit?

Our store credit system automatically applies whatever balance you have to your order when you go to checkout. You can also redeem a specific amount of your credit by going to your account tab and clicking  “Redeem for discount”


Where do I locate my store credit?

You can find your store credit balance in the “Account” section of our website. You will require an account login with us to find this.


I can’t find my credit, where is it?

All store credit we give goes directly to our singles site. If you would like to redeem store credit for a sealed purchase, ask our staff to assist you. We run two separate sites, so we will have to move your credit over manually. 


Can I order items for local pickup?

Yes! When you head to checkout, fill in your billing information and once you have an address input, you can select local pickup as your shipping option.


Where do you ship to?

We ship all throughout the US. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, but any other state in the US is accessible to us.


Do you run events at your store?

Yes! We run events daily during our store hours. We run events on Mondays, as well as  Wednesday through Saturdays.


How do I pre register for an event through the website?

We have an event calendar on our main site, and all events on that calendar have a link attached to them where you can pre register. It will look like it just links to our main site, but it should take you to the specific event listing. You can also search for events through our search function if you are looking for a specific event.


Do you ship preorder products and non-preorder products separately?

No. We ship products ordered with other preorder products together when we receive the product that is a preorder. If you would like to receive any non-preorder items before your preorder items arrive, you may opt to pay an additional shipping charge, and we will send the items to you ahead of time. You may also make multiple orders if you desire to have certain items sooner.


When will my preorder ship?

When you preorder a product, there will be a ship date attached to the listing. The product will be shipped by or on that date. Any difference or change in this will be told to you by our staff.



I would like to cancel my preorder, how do I do that?

Can I order singles with my sealed product?

No. We have two separate websites; one for our sealed product and one for our singles. Because of this, orders from the two separate sites cannot be combined.


Do you buy Singles?

Yes we do. We take cards from Flesh and Blood, Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Lorcana, and Star Wars Unlimited. We offer Cash or Credit for Flesh and Blood ONLY. For all other games, we only give store credit for singles trade-ins.


How do you pack your boxes to ensure safe shipping?

We ship with extreme care so that our customers receive their orders safely packaged and in great condition. We pack each box either very snug, or stuffed with packing material to ensure the products within remain in good condition. We pack them as safely as we possibly can.
